While listing and selling our home with another realtor, where communication and trust was minimum at most, Tim went above and beyond to help us purchase a home in the tight turn around we had to find a place that was suitable for our needs. He did all the work and spent numerous weekends lining up viewings around our schedule. His patience and sense of urgency to step in and help when we desperately needed it is so appreciated.
